Greetings, thank You for this opportunity to honestly, openly, share and connect. As an NF (Intuitive Feeler) personality type, and more than likely i am.

Science, Myers Briggs, and the United States government and all world governments knows. That sentient people like ourselves exist, but are rare. In some social studies, between only 1-9% of the world's population.

We are not stupid, lazy, or crazy, no. We feel, sense, perceive, discern, are more aware of, care too much, and are generally more intelligent than the average person.

We also may suffer from learning disabilities, and early, unusual family and or family life stressors and trauma, too.

This can become an overload of bad, negative energy internalized within. Which if not properly processed, can make us hurt, have poor self worth, and be overall unwell.

On average, in comparison to the "average" well adjusted person.

NFs from birth, tend to be "wired" more this way. As much more highly sensitive people (HSP), more empathetic, empathic, intuitive, discerning, creative, more emotionally absorbent, intelligent, with an inordinate ability to withstand extremes.

And, with a greater capacity for experiencing extremes, such as pain and suffering.

Also, we are much less fearful, with an inherent lacking of fear. Or at least having much less fear of pain, fear of loss, fear of the unknown, fear of heights, etc. Than the average person has.

This better explains Those like me, and who we are. And why our PTSD suffering maladjusted life has always been as difficult a struggle with emotions and extremes as it has been, and still is.

Please accept my apologies for any and all hurt, pain, drain, and grief i may have caused You, myself, and Others.

It was never my intention to be as different from and absorbent of society as this personality type is, but IT IS, and i AM.

So because of these differences, quite probably my inherited DNA, learned upbringing, sensitivities/nervous system, possibly my blood and body types too.

And because of this dysfunction, dysfunctional society, and false hyper pace.

We Sentients need to ingest and process better overall Spirit/mind/body nutrition, and learn proper breathing techniques.

But as Mr. Wattles says, these scientifically proven, Omniversal Spirit Truths/Laws of Attraction & Refraction have been here much longer than all of Life Itself.

It doesn’t matter what Your concept is of wealth (wealth is whatever You consider great & in abundance of i.e. gratitude, peace, health, humility, happiness, wisdom/knowledge, patience, Love, understanding, etc. & NOT necessarily just $).

Or, what/whom a higher power is. Wattles understood this Law {as did the Warrior "Prophet" read ��PROFIT, Mohammed, who saw it successfully working in the market places with idol worship, & so decided instead, to form Islam, & murderously step in to become the extortion usurping middle man. But hey, that's exactly what ALL religion/mythology does}.

And so, Wattles chose to never again preach religion. But, did write & preach that which is the essence of metaphysical science.

Wallace Wattles was raised a Methodist, but He also taught Physics & Transcendental New Thought.

With METAPHORICAL Christ being utilized as the METAPHORICAL vehicle.

What would later become known in the late 1960’s, 70’s & 80's as “new age" or "born again” Christian teachings.

These teachings which then consequently, found Him quickly excommunicated from the Methodist church.

He still chose the metaphorical Christ figure, ONLY, as an example is all. For teaching metaphysical concepts. And so He uses the metaphorical Christ as the example He understands best.

But He makes it clear, that it doesn't matter WHO or WHAT You USE in place there OF (SCIENTIFIC FACT).

During my Theology studies, i learned that many of these scientific truths were spoken of METAPHORICALLY first, & then in many cases, written down in gematria story & character form, much later on.

Because as a bastard species. The child in ALL Humans, LIVES for stories/myths/symbols/symbolism. And we search for meaning within them & learn best & fastest in this manner.

Adding to this example, sans colorfully invented fictional stories in story form. Is the Farmer's Almanac, & it's direct scientific message that the story teller-seller (science) is delivering to the student-buyer (the farmers).

The various holy books were seemingly without the same technical cognizant understanding of science the way we now know & are aware of it today.

And only vaguely hinted at & in secrecy even then, to the full understanding of miracles (science) in the form nature presented before & during those times.

However, Their knowledge of advanced (Sacred Spirit) geometry & in the ways They hinted at & utilize It, would clearly say otherwise..

So the early religious texts were the first Farmers almanac so to speak. A collective gathering of some historically beneficial & common sensical Life wisdoms for Living a wiser Life contained in one book.

Heavily laced, with a very large unhealthy dose of guilt & fear, while deeply establishing & inflaming the false entrapment that is the paradoxical Parent-Creator-God/bastard child complex in us all.

This invented religion/holy book propaganda thing, gradually helped to improve Life for some of the general populous, but obviously, not for All.

And certainly not in all ways, the ways needed, or in the evil social engineering ways many of the ignorant masses could not then, foresee.

A time before Sumaria & most of the very first civilized cultures on Earth, & before Their written religions & or Their documents, was India and the Indus Valley culture, and what was to become Hinduism.

And, Hinduism's oral history story telling tradition leading up to the written Vedas, Puranas, Avatar Rama & Avatar Krishna.

Starting at the latest date approximately anywhere from 12,500 years ago but now thought much closer to be 50,000-60,000 years+, earlier (these are HISTORICALLY where both the Christ name/concept/stories & where

Judaism, Christianity, and all other religions, were greatly influenced and derived from).

And well before the invention of Abrahamic Religions. Such as Judeo-Christianity & "Their" holy book & Ten Commandments (simple, basic, social laws on how to get along with Humans is all They are).

Which was directly influenced by esoteric, metaphoric, & alchemical knowledge found in the Emerald Tablet, & from other known sources of Living wisdoms too.

The Emerald Tablet knowledge was indirectly derived from the Vedas & Puranas, & those, the Vedas & Puranas, are THE VERY FIRST KNOWN "religion" on Earth.

These stories eventually led into the written formation of Hinduism, but again, those verbal stories predate written Hinduism by tens & tens of thousands of years or more.

But those three civilizations stole, every higher technology from the Indus Valley & Hinduism as its own directly, as did Others at the time too, of course.

And still, Other religions & civilizations (all of Humanity started in the Southern Indian Ocean, & spread up & to the sides inform the Vedas) to come later on. But again, mainly through trade, torture, slavery, & war...

Always try to go Organic, with various healing spices & oils (lots) (olive, coconut, grape seed, etc.) limited eggs, Swiss & other cheese in limited quantity, limited butter, mixed nuts/beans/lentils/legumes.

A vegan-ish Keto/Paleo diet mostly but if meats are needed, lean meats/cuts such as chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, venison, goat, bone broth, etc.

Preferably only some fish but also in small amounts, & maybe just once or twice weekly if from a can. In the form of sardines or kipper snacks (small herring) is best (less toxins/heavy metals buildup).

Cottage cheese, limited, ORGANIC soy, etc. Salads, all colors of vegetables/fruits/nuts & lots of them, plain or Greek yogurt with local honey or fresh/frozen fruit as additives, if any. Just use Your healthy imagination.

Some soups, some spicy/hot foods, more bitter/sour foods, dark chocolate, limited red wine or beer, black licorice, & very few carbs unless in the form of whole grains or fruits & vegetables in again, colorful varieties preferably.

And also, a good daily multivitamin & mineral (unless diagnosed with cancer), along with whatever else that is health oriented & tailored to You, but almost NOTHING else if it makes zero dietary sense for Your goals & needs.

However, everyone's diet can vary wildly, so the approach just has to make sense to Your chemical makeup & dietary/physical needs.

Humans are the only mammals to drink other mammal’s milk, & well past their first year of life.

Drink water, mucous is a hotbed for disease to multiply, milk is DEATH.

Instead, ingest dark, leafy greens in raw/juice/cooked form (better source for Calcium/Magnesium than milk), & between 2,500-5,000 ius' of Vitamin D3 daily.

Milk & it's by-products are a cheat food which contains healthy nutrients. But if it comes to it, yogurt, some cheese, etc. is more beneficial.

But, preferably fresh unpasteurized milk or milk by-products from camel, or goat, in that order, is even better.

Only have good foods around to snack on. Organic/NON GMO FOODS whenever possible.

ZERO sodas or artificial juice. Watch Your S&S, SUGARS & SALT! *��(However, a 1/2 teaspoon or less of Celtic Sea or Himalayan Salt a day is strongly recommended).

Very low salt, nearly zero sugars, & nearly zero grains unless they are fresh, whole grains but NOT wheat. Unless it is organic whole wheat.

Low fat, low cholesterol foods are great. Almost no/very little rice/pasta/breads/cereals/potatoes/dairy/gluten in Your overall diet, these are all cheat foods.

Too much glucose/gluten/sugar equals premature aging, disease, & pure DEATH.*��

Eat several times a day but at each meal, take only 6-15 smaller bites chewed slowly & well.

Rarely ingest any more than 2 1/2 cups of total food intake at one sitting. It takes some time to get there. But the key is appetite/portion control & establishing a set habit.

Intake about 1,650-1,900 calories a day or so, but adjust Your intake to whatever Your biological, dietary & exercise needs are within a reasonable range of that number.

Try not to eat too much past 7:30 p.m. or at least a few hours before sleep but oh, if You must, just be wise & listen to Your body kindly at all times :)

The size of a normal, FULL Human stomach can fit in Your cupped hands. So why do we overeat so at each meal?

Leave at least one symbolic bite left on Your plate, & now choose eating to Live, & not Living to eat.

Tighten/contract-relax Your muscles while walking/standing/sitting. Park as far away as possible. WALK when You can drive.

The above diet & Life-mind-style is only cursory, & what seems to work best for most Other's, daily body chemistry.

And if "cheating" with whatever food is needed here & there, then by all means, it won't hurt much in proper moderation.

ALL of this should be started very slowly, & i would strongly encourage a slow/steady build up to all of this as well. This should take You at least a year or two or more of consistency for the rest of Your Lifestyle.

♻️Count Your BREATHS. We are supposed to daily, consciously take at least 36. Learn to focus Your BREATHING so that You maximize oxygen intake. RELAAAX....
